Job Summary:

Area Market Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, motivate, and guide the market development team to meet and exceed sales and market development targets across assigned territories.
  • Regularly monitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure consistent execution of market development plans.

2. Retail Site Development & Funnel Management

  • Develop and maintain a robust

    retail site funnel

    to track & convert potential business opportunities.
  • Execute

    product demos and sampling activities

    at retail sites to drive product trial and adoption.

3. User Engagement & Loyalty

  • Ensure

    retention of top category users

    from the previous year.
  • Drive growth in Influencer Points earned by top users by increasing engagement and usage.
  • Identify and onboard

    new top users

    within the territory.

4. Contractor Network Expansion

  • Promote the

    contractor loyalty program

    , including enrollment, mapping of mason teams, and consistent follow-ups for point accrual.

5. Premium Product Penetration

  • Increase the

    scan share and usage of premium products

    at both user and territory levels.
  • Support the placement and visibility of premium products through structured drives and in-store initiatives.

6. Rishta Program Management

  • Drive new

    Rishta user enrollments

    (both new and existing users).
  • Facilitate user verifications and resolve any

    Rishta-related issues or complaints

    to ensure user satisfaction.
  • Enhance the

    active user base

    of Rishta in the territory through continuous engagement.
  • Actively engage with

    inactive (Zero Scan) masons

    to reactivate them into the system.

7. Influencer Engagement

  • Build relationships with B/C class architects, engineers, and interior designers to secure product approvals at project sites.
  • Drive

    architect loyalty programs

    and schemes to build long-term brand preference.

8. Market Promotion & Brand Visibility

  • Plan and execute

    contractors, mason, and other influencers meets

    , ensuring high-quality interactions and strong follow-ups to convert interest into action.
  • Lead

    product placement and display initiatives

    in retail outlets to enhance brand presence.

Language: English and Local Language

Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Salesforce
