Job Title: Area Manager

Location: Rangpo, Sikkim

About the Role

Area Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through
new business acquisition, up- selling, and cross-selling
• Manage end-to-end branch and
3PL operations
• Oversee financial, administrative, and statutory compliance processes• Lead and develop regional teams to achieve performance targets• Handle market expansion and new location development• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Graduate / MBA / Post-Graduate•
Experience:
6–8 years in a similar leadership role, preferably in the
logistics industry
•
Languages:
Fluency in
Hindi & English
is mandatory;
knowledge of Nepali will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Additional Requirements

Must have own conveyance with a valid driving license
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region• Flexibility to relocate based on business requirements
