Area Incharge ( mech. Supervisor)

Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations, maintenance, and manpower in assigned plant areas to ensure smooth functioning and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor plant operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
• Supervise shift activities and allocate work to operators/technicians.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operation teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain log sheets, reports, and performance records.
• Ensure optimum utilization of resources and minimum downtime.

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation with 2 -3 years of experience in power plant operations or utilities.

Skills:
Team supervision, technical troubleshooting, safety awareness, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,144.13 - ₹23,446.43 per month
