We are seeking applications for the position of Area Business Manager (ABM) to spearhead operations in strategic territories within Punjab. As an ABM, you will be responsible for leading business operations in key districts such as Ludhiana, Mohali, Bathinda, and Moga. Your duties will include appointing and managing stockists, building a high-performing sales team, achieving monthly sales targets, and fostering relationships with dermatologists and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have mandatory experience in the Dermatology or Cosmetology segment, along with extensive knowledge of the Punjab region. A proven track record in sales leadership and team management is essential. Remuneration for this position is negotiable based on experience and current CTC, with performance-based incentives and ample opportunities for growth within our promising derma-focused pharmaceutical company.
