Area Business Associate (ABA)

You will be joining Renauxe Pharma India Private Limited, a leading Nephro super-specialty pharmaceutical company, as a Sales Representative for the Nephrology / Rheumatology / Cardiology / Urology / Gastroenterology / Immunology division. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell pharmaceutical products within these specialized fields. To be considered for this role, you should have a qualification of Plus Two (Passed / Failed) / Diploma / Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. Non-Science Graduates may also be considered based on their experience as a Medical Representative and scientific knowledge. Ideally, you should have 1-5 years of experience in Pharma selling, with a preference for experience in Rheumatology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Gastroenterology & Urology. Native candidates from Thrissur are preferred, and you should be willing to travel extensively within the region. Candidates are not required to report to any office outside of the specified location. Even if you have no prior experience, your aptitude in understanding science and medical terminologies will be evaluated. The preferred age for candidates is less than 36 years. You should be proficient in Microsoft Apps such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Male candidates are preferred, and you should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will need to have your own vehicle and a valid driving license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with day and morning shifts. Weekend availability is required. Additional bonuses such as a joining bonus, performance bonus, and yearly bonus are provided. You should be willing to commute or relocate to Thrissur, Kerala before starting work, as 75% travel is preferred. The educational requirement for this position is a Diploma. The work location will be in person at Thrissur, Kerala.
