Job Title: ARCS Functional Consultant / SME / Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ARCS Functional Consultant / SME / Architect to support an ongoing ARCS implementation project. The consultant will be responsible for providing functional expertise, hands-on configuration, and integration support to ensure successful solution design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Configure ARCS Transaction Matching including match types, profiles, rules, tolerances, and exception workflows.

Manage ERP integration, including journal write-back from ARCS to Oracle ERP GL.

Build and maintain EPM Data Integrations (import formats, mappings, scheduling, monitoring, and exception handling).

Design and optimize automation processes to enhance data reconciliation and accuracy.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless interaction between ARCS, billing systems, payment provider files, and cash management.

Lead or contribute to end-to-end ARCS implementations in large or complex enterprise environments.

Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional design.

Key Skills & Experience

Strong functional knowledge of ARCS Transaction Matching configuration and workflows.

Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP GL integration (journal write-back).

Proficiency in EPM Data Integration & Automation import formats, mappings, scheduling, and exception handling.

Exposure to cross-system integrations (billing, payments, and cash management).

Proven end-to-end ARCS implementation experience in enterprise environments.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
