Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Requirement Analysis

• Engage with clients to understand and evaluate their operational and aesthetic requirements.
• Develop design concepts that align with the client's vision and functional needs.

Design Development

• Create design aesthetics, layouts, 3D visualizations, specification sheets, and ID schemes for interior spaces.
• Ensure designs are developed within the parameters of time and budget constraints.

Design Communication & Documentation

• Oversee the production of design communications such as emails, presentations, working drawings, and sanction drawings.
• Maintain high standards in terms of time, cost, quality, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Integration of Services

• Integrate operational requirements and services (e.g., lighting, HVAC, electrical) into the design seamlessly.

Vendor and Contractor Coordination

• Coordinate with various vendors and contractors to ensure design implementation meets quality standards.
• Obtain necessary approvals and approvals for design and technical aspects from all relevant stakeholders.

Site Visits & Quality Control

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality, identify issues, and troubleshoot any challenges during implementation.

Innovation & Market Awareness

• Stay abreast of the latest market trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to design aesthetics and incorporate them into your work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Architecture/interior design, preferably in corporate office interiors.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Mid journey, Dall e, etc
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, finishes, and the latest trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
