Architecture Draughtsman

We seek a skilled Draughtsman (male only) to prepare detailed architectural drawings and handle sanction documentation. The role involves converting design concepts into accurate working drawings, preparing plans/elevations/sections, and ensuring compliance with local building rules. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with sanction procedures under Kerala Municipality/Panchayat building rules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed layouts.
• Handle drawings and documentation for building permits/sanctions for KSMART
• Ensure compliance with building codes and local bylaws.
• Coordinate with architects and update drawings as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Draftsmanship or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Kerala building rules and sanction processes.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an architecture firm.
