Architectural Visualizer

You are seeking a passionate and skilled Architectural Visualizer with at least 1 year of experience to join the team at HAVITIVE INFRA PVT LTD in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should be proficient in drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering. This position requires a strong foundation in architectural design and the ability to collaborate on various projects. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior architects on project designs - Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models - Prepare renderings and visual presentations for client meetings - Assist in developing project specifications and documentation - Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or diploma in architectural visualization - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience - Proficient in drafting and 3D modeling - Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and other 3D modeling software - Experience with rendering software such as Lumion, V-Ray, or similar - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for post-processing - Excellent communication and teamwork skills Please submit your resume, portfolio, and a cover letter to havitive.hr@gmail.com before the application deadline on 30/06/2025.
