3D Architectural Visualization Specialist
Role Overview We’re seeking a 3D Architectural Designer with 3-4 years of experience to help visualize and support our upcoming real estate development projects . You’ll work closely with our U.S. team to create high-impact visuals and technical drawings that showcase our residential and mixed-use communities, helping secure investor interest, approvals, and project momentum. Key Responsibilities Produce high‑quality 3D architecture renders and visualizations (exteriors, interiors, site context) for pitch decks, investor materials, and project presentations Efficiently manage AutoCAD drawings and updates, including spatial layouts and conversion overlays Work with BIM or drafting software (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.) to support project coordination Assist in preparing visual deliverables, diagrams, sectional renderings, and photo-montages Collaborate with architects, planners, and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately translated Support image editing and post-processing workflows (Photoshop, Lumion, V-Ray) Must-Have Qualifications 3-4 years experience in AEC contexts at architecture, design, or conversion/development firms Proven portfolio of 3D architectural renderings and visual storytelling Expert-level AutoCAD skills (2D drafting, plan coordination, overlays) Strong knowledge of at least one 3D modeling / rendering software (e.g. Revit, SketchUp + V-Ray, Lumion) Familiarity with building codes and spatial planning Excellent communication, responsiveness, and ability to work across international time zones Strong organization and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Desirable / Nice-to-Haves Revit experience (BIM-related workflows) Previous experience in real estate development support or design-for-conversion projects Exposure to sustainable design or ESG-integrated workflows What We Offer Exposure to large-scale adaptive reuse projects across key U.S. markets Collaborative setup with U.S.-based in-house design and development teams Opportunity to build visual and technical skills in fast-track, high-impact residential conversion projects Competitive compensation (based on experience) and performance-based incentives How to Apply Submit your CV, portfolio with 3D renders and AutoCAD samples , and a short cover note highlighting relevant experience Email to: rhea@stillpg.com Website: www.stillpg.com Location: Race Course Road, Gandhinagar, Bangalore
