Position: Architectural Planner Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: STUDIO-410, SECTOR-19D, SATRA PLAZA, VASHI, NAVI MUMBAI Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: - Generate top-notch 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and architectural visualizations for various projects. - Develop realistic textures, lighting, and materials to enhance 3D models. - Proficiently use software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Blender, and SketchUp for visualization purposes. - Conduct post-processing in Photoshop to refine presentation quality. - Design marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and social media content. - Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and marketing teams to translate concepts into visuals. - Uphold a consistent visual identity and design standard across presentations. Requirements: - Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field. - Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion). - Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for graphic design tasks. - Understanding of architectural design principles and visualization techniques. - Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and artistic flair. - Ability to thrive under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
