Job description We have urgent requirement for "3D Visualizer" post in New Delhi. Responsibilities Collaborate with architect and project managers to understand project requirements and design concepts. Candidate should have a Exterior Walkthrough experience. Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and lighting setups using industry-standard software. Develop compelling visualizations that accurately portray design concepts, incorporating realistic materials, lighting, and spatial compositions. Apply creative and technical skills to enhance visual impact, paying meticulous attention to detail. Utilize post-production techniques to enhance and refine rendered images, ensuring a consistent and professional output. Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistent quality of work and ensure adherence to project deadlines. Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows, processes, and standards within the 3D visualization team. Requirements: Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, demonstrating a strong portfolio of high-quality visualizations. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Corona and Photoshop. Solid understanding of composition, lighting, materials, and color theory. Strong eye for detail and ability to create realistic and visually appealing visuals. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of post-production techniques and software, such as Adobe Photoshop or similar. Familiarity with architectural and interior design terminology and processes.
