Architectural Specialist

Role Overview: As a Project Architect at Dreamline Luxurio, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from concept through completion. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing and reviewing submittals, collaborating with cross-functional design and engineering teams, ensuring compliance with environmental standards like LEED, and leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. Additionally, you will be involved in project management activities such as scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review detailed submittals - Conduct site visits and hand sketches - Manage projects through effective Project Management skills including scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination - Ensure adherence to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles for sustainability - Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and technologies for project execution - Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication abilities throughout project lifecycles Qualifications: - Expertise in Architecture with the ability to prepare and review detailed submittals - Proficient in Project Management practices including scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination - Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and commitment to sustainability - Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and technologies - Excellent organizational and communication abilities - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field - Experience with high-end residential or commercial projects is a plus,
