Key Responsibilities

• Prepare

  architectural and interior design drawings

  including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery.
• Convert

  design concepts, sketches, and inputs

  into accurate and clear technical drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure design intent is maintained.
  
• Revise drawings as required throughout design development and construction.
  
• Maintain well-organized drawing documentation as per company standards.
  
• Coordinate with

  MEP and structural teams

  for integrated drawing outputs.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable

  building codes

  and industry standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree

  in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design

• 2 to 5 years

  of drafting experience in architectural or interior design firms
• Proficient in

  AutoCAD

  ; knowledge of

  Revit or SketchUp

  is an advantage
• Solid understanding of

  construction materials, methods, and detailing

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings
  
• Ability to work both

  independently and collaboratively

  in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and

  time management skills
