Architectural Draftsman

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with 25 years of professional experience to support our design and technical teams. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, possess strong drafting skills, and have a good understanding of construction detailing and architectural standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural and interior design drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery. Convert design concepts, sketches, and inputs into accurate and clear technical drawings. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure design intent is maintained. Revise drawings as required throughout design development and construction. Maintain well-organized drawing documentation as per company standards. Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for integrated drawing outputs. Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and industry standards. Candidate Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design 2 to 5 years of drafting experience in architectural or interior design firms Proficient in AutoCAD ; knowledge of Revit or SketchUp is an advantage Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and detailing Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Good organizational and time management skills What We Offer Opportunity to work on high-quality design and construction projects Exposure to diverse teams and cross-functional coordination Supportive work culture with opportunities for skill enhancement
