Architectural Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support our architectural team in the planning, design, and execution of various projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, creativity, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations.* Support the design team in developing concepts and translating them into functional designs.* Prepare and revise construction documents, plans, and specifications using CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).* Conduct site visits and surveys, documenting existing conditions.* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders as directed.* Assist in project research, code compliance checks, and materials selection.* Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and team discussions.* Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field (Masters preferred).* 03 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.* Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.* Basic knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes.* Strong design and visualization skills.* Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.* Eagerness to learn and contribute to various phases of the design process.* Portfolio of work demonstrating design capabilities (required).

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with sustainable design principles and LEED standards.* Familiarity with 3D rendering software (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, Rhino).* Working toward licensure (e.g., completing AXP hours).
