Join our team and be part of an exciting opportunity in the Marine & Offshore Accommodations sector. 📍 Location: Mumbai 📆 Duration: 1 Year (Extendable) 💼 Experience: Minimum 10 Years 🧠 Software Skills: AutoCAD, SP3D, MS Office Key Responsibilities: Prepare Architectural Drawings including GA, paneling, ceiling, flooring, insulation, doors/windows, and detailed room arrangements. Review architectural documents for compliance with applicable rules and standards. Plan and lay out interior room arrangements using CAD tools. Develop Furniture Fabrication Drawings and As-Built Drawings . Support engineers with design modifications and optimization. Prepare MTO (Material Take-Off) for estimation. Conduct site inspections and participate in design reviews. Extract and detail drawings from 3D models. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy.
