Architectural Designer

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and develop architectural and civil design drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants for integrated design solutions.

Create 2D/3D models, layout plans, elevations, and detailed sections using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and client specifications.

Conduct site visits to collect data and provide technical support during construction.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and construction documentation.

Assist in design reviews, approvals, and project coordination meetings.

Incorporate sustainable and cost-effective design practices wherever applicable.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture

2 to 6 years of experience in architectural and civil design projects

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office

Strong understanding of building bylaws, NBC, and local regulations

Experience in preparing layout plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings

Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, MEP, PMC, etc.)

Detail-oriented with strong visualization and drafting skills

Strong communication and presentation abilities

Preferably based in or willing to relocate to the project location (e.g., Jaipur)
