Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting senior architects in various aspects of design development, construction drawings, and project documentation. Your role will involve assisting in on-site project execution, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and vendors, conducting site visits, and preparing progress reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop design concepts and presentations. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree and possess a valid Council of Architecture (COA) license. A minimum of 2 years of professional, on-site architectural experience is required. Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and other design software is preferred, along with a strong understanding of Indian building codes, materials, and construction practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.
