Architectural Designer

Time : Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm)

Location: Work from home but mat require to be on site

Experience: 0-2 year (Junior Level)

Study requirement: Bachelor’s in Architecture , or Diploma in Architecture or related field

Skills :

• Architectural Drawing Preparation & Understanding
• Design understanding
• Willing to learn Code and Zoning by law
• As Built Drafting
• Type of Projects: Residential, commercial & Historical or Industrial
• Software skills: Revit & AutoCad Must
• Additional technical skills: photoshop, Sketchup, Lumion, Enscape
• Soft Skill: Disciplined & dedicated

Roles & Responsibility

• Modeling in Revit for as buits and proposed building
• Creating working drawings and Permit drawings
• Research and review building codes and zoning by laws
• Be able to work with deadlines
• Be able to communicate in English
• Be able to work solely without supervision
• Be able to collaborate with other consultants as required
• Be able to read and work with field measurements and site photos
