Architect/Technical Lead/Senior Software Engineer

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and commercializing LTE Layer-2 (MAC) features on eNB. Your key responsibilities will include: - Software detail design and development of new features for LTE Layer-2 (MAC Scheduler) features on eNB Macro cells. - Optimizing platform specific memory and CPU cycles. - Defining development test cases and ensuring functional test coverage for new features. - Resolving issues during system integration test, system verification test, and field issues. - Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers in the team. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong background in Wireless communication. - A very good understanding of 3GPP LTE MAC and RLC specifications [36.321 and 36.322]. - Expertise in MAC Scheduling feature design and implementation for Macro eNB. - A good understanding of 3GPP features like CA, MIMO, CoMP, NB-IoT, eMTC, etc. - Familiarity with DSP/Cavium multicore platforms used on Macro eNB.,
