The role requires strong technical drafting skills, attention to detail, and coordination with internal teams for accurate project execution.Required Skills Key Responsibilities Develop concept designs, space planning, and mood boards. Prepare 2D drawings, floor plans, furniture layouts, and detailed interior drawings. Create 3D models and visualizations (if required). Select materials, finishes, colors, fabrics, and furniture. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and design presentations. Collaborate with clients to understand design requirements and propose solutions. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and site teams. Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and quality checks. Ensure designs are executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Stay updated with current trends, materials, and design innovations Architect: Prepare 2D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings in AutoCAD. Develop layout planning and space optimization based on project requirements. Convert client requirements into accurate design drawings. Conduct site measurements and update drawings accordingly. Assist in creating conceptual designs and design presentations. Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and civil teams. Prepare approval and municipal drawings when required. Maintain project documentation, material details, and drawing records.
