We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with strong skills in CAD drafting and 3D design. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing accurate architectural drawings and high-quality 3D models for residential/commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD (plans, elevations, sections, details)
Create 3D models and visualizations (interior & exterior)
Develop layouts and design concepts as per project requirements
Coordinate design changes and revisions
Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Experience with 3D software such as SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray (any)
Good understanding of architectural detailing and space planning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
