ü Coordinate with consultant architects, R.C.C Specialists & Elevation Architect of all on – going projects.
ü DCPR 2034.
ü Prepare New Project Reports & check its viability.
ü Check all Drawings & rectifications as required, in consultation with Municipal Architect, R.C.C Specialists & Site Engineers.
ü Brochure design for projects from sales point of view.
ü Prepare basic plan of new projects as required.
ü Selecting furnishes like Tiles, Sanitary wares & other finishing items of projects.
ü Keep the company updated with new architecture products, trend in market etc. as per company policies & vision of the Company.
ü Site Visits once in a week.
ü Follow up the progress of each site in consultation with Director.
ü Miscellaneous architectural work like lobby entrance, sample flats, ground work etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
