We specialize in steel structure design, fabrication, and installation, focusing on Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled Architect with expertise in steel structure designs, particularly in PEB systems, to join our back office in Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Architect to support our design team, with a focus on steel structure designs and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). The ideal candidate should be well-versed in designing steel structures and collaborating with engineers to create efficient, cost-effective, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and draft architectural plans for steel structures, with a strong focus on PEB systems.
• Collaborate with structural engineers and other teams to integrate architectural and structural designs.
• Create and modify drawings, layouts, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or Tekla.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Work on conceptual and detailed designs for various steel construction projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with 3D modeling is a plus).
• Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and steel structure specifications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with structural engineers and other design professionals.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
