Architect

As an Architect with more than 4 years of experience in commercial and infrastructure building design, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and working drawings for commercial and infrastructure projects. - Create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and presentation drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and 3ds Max. - Manage BIM workflows to ensure design accuracy, coordination, and documentation. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and civil engineers. - Prepare technical specifications, material schedules, and design documentation. - Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure design implementation. - Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards. - Contribute creative ideas and sustainable design approaches to enhance project outcomes. In order to excel in this role, you are required to possess the following skills and software proficiency: - AutoCAD - Revit - SketchUp - Lumion - 3ds Max - BIM Workflow & Coordination - Strong design visualization and presentation abilities Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Architecture. - Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in commercial and infrastructure projects. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices.
