Architect + Site Engineer

As a Site Architect at Amrit Banaspati Company Ltd. (ABCL), you will play a crucial role in overseeing ongoing construction projects and assisting the Senior Project Manager. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, ensuring on-site implementation of architectural details, and providing regular reports on construction progress. You will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders such as project architects, technical consultants, contractors, and the head office team. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee ongoing construction projects - Assist the Senior Project Manager - Manage project timelines - Ensure on-site implementation of architectural details - Provide regular reports on construction progress - Coordinate with project architects, technical consultants, contractors, and head office team Qualifications Required: - Strong skills in Architectural Design and Detailing - Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel - Interest and skills in Project/Construction Management - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Relevant degree in Architecture or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry Please note that this is a full-time role located between the Head Office in Noida and the 30-key Resort Project Site in Tehri-Garhwal, Uttarakhand. Accommodation will be provided after an initial training period at the head office. The salary range for this position is Rs. 45,000-55,000 based on past experience and aptitude.,
