Architect

As a Structural Engineer, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field. Your proficiency should include skills in Structural Analysis & Design, Construction Management, AutoCAD, Revit & BIM, Project Management, Building Codes & Regulations, Cost Estimation & Budgeting, Safety & Risk Management, Material Science, Communication & Teamwork. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Structural Analysis & Design tasks efficiently - Manage construction projects effectively - Utilize AutoCAD, Revit & BIM for design and drafting purposes - Lead Project Management activities to ensure timely completion - Adhere to Building Codes & Regulations in all design and construction phases - Prepare accurate Cost Estimations & Budgets for projects - Implement Safety & Risk Management protocols throughout projects - Apply knowledge of Material Science in structural design and selection - Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a relevant role - Proficiency in Structural Analysis & Design software - Strong understanding of Construction Management principles - Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & BIM for design purposes - Experience in Project Management and coordination - Familiarity with Building Codes & Regulations - Ability to create accurate Cost Estimations & Budgets - Understanding of Safety & Risk Management practices - Knowledge of Material Science and its applications in engineering - Excellent communication and teamwork skills This full-time position offers a performance bonus to the right candidate.
