Your expertise will be pivotal in analyzing business processes, suggesting improvements, and creating RPA solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Working closely with development teams, you will oversee the implementation of RPA solutions and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Conduct end-to-end RPA process automation, including assessments, designs, and RPA Proof of Concepts (PoCs). - Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose automation solutions. - Recommend process enhancements and develop tailored RPA solutions to meet business needs. - Collaborate with developers to ensure effective implementation of RPA solutions aligning with business objectives. - Offer technical support and guidance throughout the RPA project lifecycle, from planning to implementation. - Demonstrate expertise in leading RPA platforms like Automation Anywhere, UI Path, or similar. - Apply RPA platform technology and architecture concepts in solution design. - Identify, assess, and resolve technical issues and risks that may impact the timely delivery of RPA solutions. - Deliver demos, technical solutions, and provide ongoing support for new and existing RPA applications. - Define and assess the complexity of business processes for RPA delivery to ensure solutions meet project timelines and business requirements. Requirements: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, IT automation, or relevant technical roles with an RPA focus. - Experience in scripting and coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, and VB.NET is advantageous. - Expertise in at least one leading RPA platform like Automation Anywhere, UI Path, or Blue Prism. - Certification in any RPA platform (Automation Anywhere, UI Path) is a plus. - Proven ability to assess business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver solutions for complex processes. - Capability to assess and manage technical risks during the RPA delivery process. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful RPA implementations.,
