Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of architectural plans, drawings, and presentations.
Work on design development, detailing, and working drawings.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design adherence.
Prepare 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs.
Support project documentation including BOQs, material specifications, and client presentations.
Stay updated with current trends in architecture, materials, and technology.
Strong visualization and presentation skills.
Good understanding of building codes, materials, and construction processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors in Architecture
1–2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
Strong design and visualization skills
Knowledge of building codes and construction processes
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Passion for sustainable and innovative design
