Architect / Project Manager/Construction Coordinator

As an Architect / Project Manager / Project Coordinator / Construction Coordinator at the company based in Mohali, you will be involved in working on Australian residential projects, creating 2D/3D designs, house architecture layouts, and electrical plans. Your main responsibilities will include: - Creating and developing 2D & 3D designs for residential projects. - Designing house architecture layouts according to Australian standards. - Preparing electrical plans and layouts for construction projects. - Utilizing AutoCAD for drafting and finalizing architectural designs. - Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth execution. - Maintaining documentation and tracking project progress. In addition to the above responsibilities, as part of the team, you will have the opportunity to engage in Research and Development activities. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 3-4 years of experience in architecture, project management, or construction coordination. - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). - Experience in house architecture, electrical plans, and 2D/3D designing. - Knowledge of Australian building standards (preferred). - Strong communication and coordination skills.
