About the Role

Offish Studio is looking for a skilled, passionate, and hands-on individual to join our creative fabrication and on-site execution team. The ideal candidate brings a blend of design understanding, material knowledge, and practical site experience—someone who can translate concepts into reality with precision and creativity.

We are especially open to candidates with an architecture background, or experience in film sets, stage design, exhibition builds, museums, or construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute on-ground fabrication, installation, and builds for studio projects.
• Understand design drawings, measurements, and technical details to ensure accurate execution.
• Work with a wide range of materials (foam, MDF, metals, fabrics, mechanical elements, etc.) and coordinate with vendors, carpenters, fabricators, and technicians.
• Problem-solve quickly and effectively during on-site challenges.
• Plan timelines, supervise teams, and ensure high-quality output.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and feasibility checks.
• Coordinate with designers, art directors, and production teams for smooth project delivery.
• Maintain safety standards and overall site discipline.

• Familiar with materials, construction techniques, and site workflows.
• Able to interpret architectural or set design drawings.
• Flexible to travel for on-site work when required.

Preferred Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields (not mandatory if skillset is strong).
• Experience in film sets, stage setups, theme parks, exhibitions, or construction sites.
• Knowledge of fabrication tools, machines, mechanism,or robotics (optional but a bonus).
• Strong understanding of materials and build techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
