Job Details:

1. Propose / assimilate Financial Matrix

2. Ensure alignment with overall business strategy

3. Design to Cost

4. Stay aligned with applicable byelaws, guidelines, and market changes

5. Define and adhere to SOPs and timelines, ensuring timely delivery within envisaged cost & quality

6. Capable of designing & handling high-rise residential buildings should independently manage design from concept to execution stage

7. Should be able to work in collaboration with Local and International consultants

8. Technical & Design Knowledge in:

   • Liaisoning Knowledge (DDA, MCD, NGT, Delhi Fire Services, Delhi Urban Art Commission, MOEFCC, RERA, etc.)

   • Market Awareness (Domestic/International)

   • Construction Methodology

   • Innovation

9. Efficient Communication and Interpersonal Skills ability to adapt to change

10. Customer Satisfaction Orientation

11. Should be capable of handling a project from feasibility to construction stage

12. Strong understanding and working knowledge of local byelaws and development regulations (DDA, MCD, NCR-specific norms, Transit-Oriented Development guidelines, Delhi Master Plan 2041, etc.)
