key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural concepts, schematic designs, detailed drawings, and working drawings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with local building bye-laws, NBC, fire norms, environmental regulations, and authority approvals.
Review and approve drawings prepared by junior architects and draftsmen.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to approved drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants.
Prepare design presentations, BOQs (as applicable), and material specifications.
Handle authority submissions and follow-ups (HUDA/DTCP/MCG/Fire/Other local bodies as applicable).
Address design-related issues during construction and provide timely solutions.
Maintain project documentation, drawings, and revisions.
experience
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or industrial projects (as applicable).
Prior experience handling projects in NCR/Gurugram region will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, MS Office (mandatory).
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
Knowledge of local bye-laws and approval processes in Haryana/NCR.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
