Architect

We are seeking a talented and creative Architect or candidate with a Diploma in Architecture to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural design, supported by proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural designs and concepts for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Utilize 3D modeling software to create detailed architectural visualizations and presentations.
• Produce high-quality renderings to present design ideas to clients.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
• Prepare architectural plans, layouts, and technical drawings using CAD software.
• Manage project timelines and ensure designs meet local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Participate in site visits and oversee the implementation of designs during construction phases.
• Provide solutions to design challenges while maintaining project quality, budget, and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a Diploma in Architecture.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Rhino, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD) and supporting rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion).
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience or portfolio demonstrating design and rendering skills is a plus.
