As a candidate for this role, you should have a strong proficiency in Microservices Migration, Kafka, and AWS. Additionally, experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express is required. It is essential that you understand asynchronous programming and its quirks, along with user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments. Integration of various data sources and databases into a single system is crucial.
