Architect - Landscape

You will be part of our dynamic team as a Landscape Architect, bringing with you a minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience. We are looking for individuals who are driven, organized, and efficient, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects across various sectors, including landscape-led development and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will involve applying current design standards, guidelines, and best practices to create innovative outdoor spaces. You will be involved in producing landscape information for infrastructure and development projects, ranging from initial site audits and concept designs to detailed tender and construction documentation. This includes creating General Arrangement plans, construction details, planting schedules, and specifications. Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office, Autodesk, KeyScape, and Adobe design suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential for generating technical information and graphics. Additionally, experience with BIM (Level 2 minimum), GIS, 3D modeling software like 3D Studio Max/Rhino, and Revit will be advantageous. A solid understanding of industry legislation, health and safety regulations, as well as contracts and tendering procedures, is crucial for this role. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit (3D Modelling), and Microstation software will also be expected. Key competencies and qualifications for this position include expertise in Revit modeling, landscape architecture, Photoshop, Illustrator, and hand sketches. A BA (Hons) in Landscape Architecture or equivalent qualification, along with a Post Graduate Diploma or Masters Degree in a relevant subject, is required. Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as a proven track record of technical capability gained within a professional consultancy or local authority setting.,
