We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect with approximately 2 years of professional experience to join our growing architecture and interior design firm. The candidate will be involved in design development, working drawings, coordination with consultants, and site execution support for residential, commercial, and turnkey projects.

• Assist in

  architectural design development

  from concept to execution
• Prepare

  GFC drawings, working drawings, and detail drawings

• Coordinate with

  structural, MEP, and other consultants

• Support

  statutory approvals and sanction drawings

• Participate in

  client meetings

  and incorporate feedback into designs
• Conduct

  site visits

  to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues
• Coordinate with

  contractors and vendors

  for design clarifications
• Assist in

  BOQ preparation

  and material specifications
• Ensure drawings comply with

  local building bye-laws and regulations

• Maintain proper

  project documentation and drawing records

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 2 years of professional experience in architectural practice
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of

  SketchUp / Lumion / Enscape / Photoshop

• Basic understanding of

  BIM (Revit preferred)

  is an advantage
• Good knowledge of

  construction materials and methods

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Exposure to

  interior design and turnkey projects

• Experience with

  site execution and contractor coordination

• Willingness to learn and grow in

  BIM-based workflows

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
