About the job: We are looking for a talented and creative Architect to join our team at Capital Infraventures Company. As an Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs and plans for various projects using AutoCAD, MS-Office, and Google SketchUp. Key responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with clients and team members to develop design concepts. 2. Create detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD. 3. Utilize MS-Office to create presentations and reports for clients. 4. Use Google SketchUp to create 3D models and renderings of proposed designs. 5. Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations. 6. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively. 7.
