Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
• Master’s in Architecture or Interior Design (preferred)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D rendering software

Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in architectural design and execution of residential interior projects
• Experience in concept design, detailing, and site coordination

Key Skills

• Strong design and visualization skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details
• Understanding of structural, MEP, and interior coordination
• Creative approach with practical design solutions
• Strong communication and project coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed working drawings for residential interiors
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams for design execution
• Prepare BOQs, layouts, and 3D design presentations
• Ensure design accuracy, functionality, and aesthetic quality
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure design compliance
• Collaborate with interior and structural teams for project delivery
