Architect - Interior Designing

As an Architect - Interior Designing at Surescout.in, your role revolves around understanding customer requirements and preparing designs accordingly. You will be responsible for preparing quotations, undergoing design verification processes, visiting sites for measurements, and creating pre-sales design pitches. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with internal teams, handle showroom tours, and ensure concurrence from the project team on design execution possibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and align designs with customer requirements - Prepare quotations based on designs and customer needs - Verify designs through the maker-checker process - Visit sites for measurements and site conditions - Create pre-sales design pitches and handle customer interactions - Conduct showroom tours for customers - Coordinate with internal teams for design execution Expectations: - Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3DS Max, Revit, etc - Capable of 3D modeling and designing aesthetically and functionally pleasing interior spaces - Willingness to adapt to new software tools - Strong communication and rapport-building skills - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: B.
