Job Description

As a certified Workday Functional Lead with a focus on HCM, Learning, and Talent modules, your role involves supporting Workday deployments and optimization projects while leading the UST team capabilities. You will be responsible for all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through testing and global deployment for Learning and Talent modules. Additionally, you will support AMS/post-production engagements for optimizing Learning and Talent setups, including enhancements and defect management. Your responsibilities include listening to client requests, assessing actual client needs, providing subjective expertise, proposing alternatives, and recommending solutions in a proactive manner. You are expected to share lessons learned from previous client experiences with clients and lead offshore teams in configuration and support roles. To excel in this role, you should have 4+ years of relevant Workday experience across Learning and Talent domains, including local and global design and configuration expertise. Certification in HCM, Learning, and Talent modules is required, with equivalent Pro-certifications being acceptable. You should possess proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions, prioritize and organize complex work efficiently, and work effectively with offshore teams. Participation in building the UST brand by contributing to Workday ecosystem product groups and chats is encouraged. You should be able to maintain and expand your Workday certifications as a Workday partner of UST. This remote role may require occasional travel, and you should be a self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a dynamic and fast-growing Workday partner environment.
