Position Title: Workday Learning Functional Consultant Experience : 4+ yrs Type : Permanent Full time Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid) Responsibilities : Serve as the primary liaison between People Team stakeholders and HRIS analysts, ensuring that business needs are met effectively and efficiently. Workday expertise in HCM, Learning, Performance and Reporting. Knowledge in merit, bonus and stock plan configuration. Initiation and administration of a compensation review process. Experience with configuring custom reporting, and calculated field configuration for the Learning and Performance modules. Experience configuring complex business processes, performance templates, goal setting, succession plans, talent pools and other essential components of the talent cycle. Experience configuring N-Box reports. Configure and maintain Workday Learning module, encompassing creating and schedule campaigns. Support roadmap for HRIS enhancements, including Workday module expansions, and process automation. Plan, test, and implement system updates, new functionalities, and feature releases. Provide cross-functional HRIS support to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and ensure time Serve as a product SME for Workday HCM, Learning, Performance and Reporting. Monitor system performance, resolve system & reporting issues, and ensure HR technology solutions are meeting business objectives. Ensure smooth integration and compliance of HR systemsy project delivery.
