Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading mid to large-scale testing engagements in the investment management domain, specifically focusing on asset management platforms such as Aladdin. Your primary role will involve creating process flows, test scripts, conducting analysis, and ensuring project objectives are met on time and in full. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle - Create process flows, test scripts, and conduct analysis - Identify project risks early and plan for contingencies - Resolve issues rapidly and manage scope changes - Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards - Interface with customer representatives as needed - Lead and mentor a team of test analysts - Oversee testing activities and manage defect tracking - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and practices - Demonstrate strong leadership skills and excellent client-facing skills - Willingness to travel to customer locations as required Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in the investment management domain - Strong domain expertise in asset management platforms like Aladdin - Experience in financial services/capital markets with knowledge of different asset classes - Techno-functional knowledge of Core Wealth/Asset management - Prior experience in client-facing roles - MBA/MCA/BE/B.Tech or equivalent with FIS product experience of 15+ years Additional Details: The company requires you to have expertise in WAM, Aladdin, and Blackrock along with ADO reporting knowledge. You should also demonstrate sectorial experience in financial services/capital markets and have a good understanding of portfolio management, trade lifecycle, and various asset classes across front, middle, and back-office operations. Your role will involve working closely with customers, leading testing workstreams, and continuously improving testing processes.,
