Description
As a Salesforce Architect specializing in Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of unified customer data strategies using Data Cloud. With a total IT experience of 8+ years, including a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and at least 2 years in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), you will play a crucial role in designing scalable multi-channel SFMC solutions for campaign execution. Your platform expertise will be demonstrated through your strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, where you have worked on data unification, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, data streams, and harmonization rules. Additionally, your deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be evident in your proficiency with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder. You will also be involved in development tasks using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript, as well as integration activities using REST/SOAP APIs. Your role will require you to design real-time and batch-based data ingestion and activation flows, integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party platforms, and translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture. Experience in delivering projects in Agile environments, including sprint planning and estimation, will be beneficial. Additionally, familiarity with ETL tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Talend and the ability to create architecture diagrams, reusable frameworks, and technical documentation are essential. While certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, and Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant are required, having additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) and Platform Developer I will be considered a plus. Your responsibilities will include leading technical discussions, designing solutions, managing integrations, mentoring developers, and ensuring high delivery quality across engagements. Awareness of data privacy laws and compliance standards, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, will be crucial in your role. In addition to your strong technical skills, your ability to work in a collaborative environment, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor junior architects will be essential for success in this role. Your experience with Agile methodologies, creating POCs, and working with enterprise architecture frameworks will further contribute to the success of the projects you lead. Your focus on governance, compliance, and adherence to best practices will ensure the successful implementation of customer data strategies using Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.,
