Job Description

As a Salesforce Technical Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architecture and solutioning of Salesforce implementations across various Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform, and Multi-cloud environments. Your role will involve designing and maintaining end-to-end system landscapes, integration strategies, and data models. You will enforce architectural governance and provide hands-on development expertise using Apex, LWC, Aura, Triggers, Visualforce, and modern front-end frameworks. Your key responsibilities will include translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, driving DevOps practices, guiding and mentoring development teams, and staying abreast of Salesforce product releases and platform innovations. You will lead technical reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure solutions align with Salesforce governor limits. To excel in this role, you must have technical expertise in various areas including Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Data Modeling, Integration Architecture, Salesforce Security, DevOps Tools, CRM Analytics, Experience Cloud, and Data Migration. Experience with multi-cloud solutions and certifications such as Application Architect and System Architect are required. Good to have certifications include Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant, and Agentforce Specialist. Skills in Certinia, Salesforce, and FinancialForce are also beneficial for this role. If you have a minimum of 9 years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture and hands-on implementation, along with a total of 12-18 years of IT experience, and possess the required technical expertise and certifications, we encourage you to apply for this position.
