• Integrating with the field surveys for the baseline investigations.
• Lead the initial stages of project design, developing innovative architectural concepts that meet both client expectations, environmental considerations, social Inclusion and gender equality.
• Preparation of technical appraisal reports (feasibility assessments, DPRs, tender drawings etc,) for the projects.
• Translate client needs into viable architectural proposals, leveraging creative design and effective space utilization.
• Manage communications and coordination between project stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Ensure the architectural designs comply with the relevant codes and practices, viz., local building by-laws and environmental regulations.
• Implement sustainable and innovative design solutions that consider energy efficiency and regional suitability.
• Actively communicate with clients and stakeholders, presenting proposals and adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
• Any other activities as per the organization's requirements on a time-to-time basis.
