Job Description

Role & responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Head of Design to interpret design intent from drawings (DWGs), SketchUp models, and 3D renders. Develop and finalize material selections for F&B interiors, considering aesthetics, functionality, and local availability within project countries. Research and source materials and specifications through online resources and market research. Ensure all design elements and material specifications are clearly defined and documented for accurate translation into tender drawings by the Detailed Documentation Team. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural interior design, preferably with a focus on F&B spaces. Strong understanding of construction materials and finishes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and familiarity with 3ds Max a plus. Perks and benefits
