Architect

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. You’ll be responsible for designing buildings, preparing construction drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring projects meet client needs, regulations, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Visit sites and oversee project progress.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
• Strong design and communication skills.
• Experience with local approval processes is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
