Architect Draftsperson

As an Architect Draftsperson at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design and construction goals by developing accurate drawings, documentation, and 3D models. Your technical drawing capabilities and understanding of architectural design principles will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. - Translate conceptual designs into technical drawings effectively. - Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to meet project requirements. - Revise and update drawings based on feedback and changes as needed. - Ensure all drawings adhere to local building codes and standards. - Maintain well-organized records of drawings and related documentation. Qualifications Required: - Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting/design tools. - Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods. - Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
