Architect / Draftsman

As an Architect/Draftsperson at MGL, you will be part of a leading outsourcing company specializing in Architectural drafting services for clients worldwide. Your role will involve creating detailed architectural drawings and plans, collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements, overseeing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations, and working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed architectural drawings and plans. - Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements. - Oversee the design process from concept to completion. - Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations. - Work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Architecture/Diploma in Architecture. - 1-2 years minimum experience in Residential projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD. - Knowledge of Photoshop, Revit, ArchiCAD, MS Office, and 3D software like Google SketchUp and rendering tools will be an add-on. - Good time management skills and ability to work to specific deadlines. - Willingness to learn International Standards. - Base level of English with a desire to improve written and verbal skills. - Well organized, highly motivated, with great attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work in a team environment and take direction when required.
